Allison's balls

Before Glenn's friends and I went to Cadaver Ball, we went over to Allison's for some pre-drinks. In true great hostess fashion, she made us a homemade appetizer!


I'm not exactly sure how she made these (please post recipe Allison!) but they were extremely rich, decadent and tasty.


She mixed goat cheese, cream cheese, and pistachios into a ball then baked them with some bread crumbs sprinkled on top.
Goat cheese has sharp flavor so these little balls were very satisfying. What made it even better was that they were still warm from the oven! I ended up having two of these!
