Homemade Pizza


Who the heck doesn't love pizza? If I ever were sentenced to death, I would pick pizza and a brownie sundae as my last meal. SWEAR TO G*D.
For a quick after work dinner Glenn and I usually make these quick pizzas.
Cook chopped red onions and shrimp (or any meat of your choice) with salt, pepper, and parsley.
On a whole wheat tortilla add cheese of your choice, the red onion/shrimp mix, more cheese and some freshly chopped tomatoes.
Stick this in the oven for about 6 minutes and you are done! The whole wheat tortilla is crisp and is only 90 calories! Quick meal but satisfies!
